4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use RollCall for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes:

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

9. Account Suspension, Termination, and Removal

9.1 Why we may take action against an account

We may issue a warning, suspend an account, restrict features, remove content, or permanently terminate an account when we have reason to believe the account holder has:

9.2 Tiers of action

Depending on severity and history, we may:

9.3 Immediate termination

Severe violations may result in immediate permanent termination without prior warning. Examples include threats of violence, sexual content, fraud, doxxing, or credible safety threats to other users.

9.4 Statement of reasons

When we suspend, terminate, or remove your content, we will provide a clear statement of reasons specifying: the action taken, the facts relied on, the legal or contractual basis, and your options to appeal. This is required under Article 17 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

9.5 Appeal

You may appeal any moderation decision within 6 months by emailing admin@rollcall.games with the subject "Appeal" and your account email or username. We will review the appeal and respond within 14 days. If we agree the decision was wrong, we will reinstate the account or content. You also have the right to use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 of the EU Digital Services Act.

9.6 Repeat infringers

Accounts that, after warning, continue to post manifestly illegal content or commit frequent and obvious Terms violations may be permanently suspended. This is required under Article 23 of the EU Digital Services Act.

9.7 What happens to content and data on termination

When we permanently terminate your account:

9.8 Self-initiated deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. When you delete your account:

9.9 Pro subscriptions on termination

Deleting your account does NOT cancel your Pro subscription — cancel in the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) first. If we terminate without cause, you may request a pro-rated refund via admin@rollcall.games, subject to App Store / Play Store policies.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

RollCall Pro subscriptions are billed automatically. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to the App Store or Google Play Store policies.

To exercise any of these rights, use the in-app controls or contact admin@rollcall.games.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence regardless of this clause. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under EU law that cannot be waived by contract.
